"DO NOT STAY HERE!! Worse experience after over 100 stays around the world."

I did not like anything about it. Nothing. Upon arrival the property would not take my VISA credit card, that they took the reservation with, that worked with all my other bookings. They then kicked me out and would not help me or work with me to find a solution when I asked. It was a small; town, late in the day and I had very few options.

Nobody from La Casona de Sisal Hotel has not responded to Booking.com request to explain why they did this to me.
