the smell of the water trap maybe coming from the drain. need to close the door bathroom everytime to prevent the room smelly

1. To pick up keys, need to first drag luggage to basement carpark, locate a discrete mail room 50m away, and drag back to find the elevator. Not a pleasant experience. And return the keys in reverse order 2. The toilet has the smell of sewage.suck up by the ventilation fan. 3. No toiletries holder in shower, soap and shampoo on the floor. 4. There is a hotel in the same building at the same price, with fresh linen and towers changed daily, this room is relatively not competitive, we regretted. 5. Location is close to hospital and cemetery. 6. Owner's communication in 4 days stay was check in instructions and asking for check out time.
