"I recently completed a wonderful two-night stay at this Townhouse hotel, and I can say without hesitation that it deserves the highest possible rating. From the moment I checked in to the moment I departed, the entire experience was seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. It is easily one of the best hospitality experiences I have had recently. The room itself was outstanding—impeccably clean, modern, and very well-designed.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, and the location was perfectly within walking distance to the city center.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff is highly careless and unresponsive to guests' concerns. The rooms are not properly maintained, and even the bedsheets were torn, which reflects a lack of basic hospitality standards. The most frustrating issue was the power outage situation. The hotel does not seem to use its generator even during extended electricity cuts. As a result, guests are left to suffer for hours without any support or proper communication from the management. Another concern is that the hotel collects the entire payment in advance at the time of check-in, which gives guests very little flexibility if they become dissatisfied with the service and wish to leave. The staff was not cooperative throughout the stay, and the overall management appeared indifferent to customer comfort. It was also noticeable that the property remained largely vacant during my visit. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad condition of rooms, very irritative facility

There is no inhouse tea or breakfast snacks available.

This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries
