Not very clean - bed sheets and towels were very stained. Hair in bed. Old cigarette butts left in the ash tray in the room.

Comfortable bed, very clean room, except water heater (there was still remains of an old tea bag)

I've missed a fridge in the room, poor English skills of the staff
