Everything was perfect!

There is a **world of difference** between the photos on Booking and reality; they absolutely don't match. The room I booked does not match the actual photos at all. Everything is broken down and run-down.

Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding my recent reservation (Reference No: 5970650444) for four (4) persons at the property known as Linkinn Luxury Residence & Spa, for which I paid a total of 580.94 Euros. 1. Deceptive Listing and Inadequate Sleeping Capacity: I made a reservation for four adults, the apartment I was assigned contained only one double bed and a sofa, This configuration is grossly insufficient to accommodate four persons as advertised. 2. Damaged and Unsanitary Amenities: The sofa in the living room is not only insufficient but is also clearly broken and covered in multiple cigarette burn marks This is unacceptable from both a safety and a hygiene standpoint. 3. Lack of Essential In-room Supplies: There were not four sets of towels, four blankets, nor enough pillows provided in the apartment. Failed Attempt at Resolution: Upon check-in, I immediately brought these critical issues (the missing bed, the damaged sofa, and the lack of essential supplies) to the attention of the receptionist. He was completely unhelpful and stated that there was "nothing he could do," offering no solution or alternative. This level of service is unbefitting of a property with "Residence & Spa" in its name. Requested Resolution: Due to the property's failure to provide the advertised sleeping capacity for four persons, the damaged and unsanitary state of the furniture (clearly visible in the attached images), and the staff's refusal to provide a remedy, I am requesting a **full refund of the 580.94 Euro payment** I made. Alternatively, I would accept a full refund in the form of a **travel credit** of equivalent value, but a cash refund to my original payment method is my strong preference. I have provided photos of the specific defects (I can share via booking.com or sending you by email ) as evidence of the unacceptable conditions.

The address is good for me, this is very near to tüyap. The guys are very well, I reserved one room by mistake and he canceles it for free

The guys are very nice, but they should contest us more quickly, sometimes I can’t contact with him by anyway, by WhatsApp or by phone, i can’t, so you need take 100% careful for your key, because if you leave the key in your room, you can’t resolve it at first time, so it will be better for us if the guy can contest us at first time or can receive us call

Very good and big apratments, free parking, very clean. Building is big so if you get apartment on higher floor you can get a very nice view.

Working time of services was 10-18h. Outside that time you can't get any services. There are security guy for urgent things but very bad with English and very limited posibilites to help you. We were going out on 8am and come back arount 19h so we couldn't solve parking problem for 3 days because we needed to be there at working time to make automatization. But, security guys helped us so everything was ok at the end.

It was easy to access the flat

The unpleasant smell in the flat,amd also not being able to access the sauna because it wasn't working properly.
