AULocation close to train station and Parma centre. Easy to find. Also the property was very clean and newly completed or renovated facilities. Espresso coffee maker and ground coffee was a bonus ...in addition to capsule coffee machine.
Initially we did not receive any response to our messages on Booking.com so had to telephone the property. Language barrier was overcome through the owner requesting us to send messages via WhatsApp. Then we received great communication about collection of keys and follow up once we arrived at the property and after we left!
ITITVery nice and cosy. Well situated. The host is very keen on your comfort during your stay (we were provided with snacks and drinks!)
A furniture item under/close to the bathroom sink would have been nice.

AUA beautifully styled apartment that was comfortable and well-located. The room had everything I needed with modern, beautiful features and kitchenette. A short walk from the centre and also buses nearby. Jennifer was clear and helpful with instructions and ensured the visit went smoothly. A very kind and thoughtful host!
