Veldig bra beliggenhet. Kort vei til den nye fantastiske stranden i Split. Deilig og ren leilighet med balkong, hvor du kan nyte frokost i skyggen og med en fantastisk utsikt over havet.

Communication with Jure was very easy via whatsapp. I arrived late in the evening but Jure was there with the keys when I arrived. The hotel apartments were very private (which I like) and quite luxurious and completely clean and spotless. I loved that I was able to make my own breakfast/brunch and dinner in a real kitchen. And even the balcony was with a seaview. The beach was within reach via a private stair directly from the house within 5 minutes. There was not many restaurants nearby, but I prefer making breakfast and lunch myself and then take an Uber to Old Town or to Mala Kavana which is local place within about 1 km.

Mistral Beachclub/restaurant was a bit noisy on saturday.

I would return. It's a great apartment, top floor, sideways view of the sea, quiet, good value, washer/dryer, well equipped. Direct access to the pebble swimming beach. Host (or the cousin) is very quick to respond, and wants guest to be happy. I knew it was a nice 45 minute walk to town along the coast. Chose this location partly because it was close to Sixt downtown drop-off. It's only €6 for an Uber into town. To get to the Archaeological museum, we caught the bus (paid €2 contactless on the bus) that's a short walk from the apartment.

Very tight parking spot in the very secure underground garage, but it would be possible to park for free on the street about 200 metres away. On day 4 there was a smell of drains in the bathroom (but I'm sure host will attend to this). Would be nice to have some sort of coffee maker.

Excellent host with great communication. Would recommend this apartment.

Longer walk into the old town than we expected but not a problem.

The apartment had everything in that you could possibly need! It was like home from home. The kitchen was well equipped and also had coffee, sugar, oil, salt, bottles of water, beer. The bathroom was also very well equipped, and we were able to do some washing. The smart tv was great (when we were able to figure it out 😂). We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the sea view. The walk to the beach was easy through the secret steps!

It was a 30 min walk along the coast to the town centre, however the walk was very pleasant and a bolt taxi was only €5. We also used the bus €2 each
