The proximity to Yosemite. And that there was a kitchen.

The first Yurt had a rat or large rodent in toilet. They did move us but the 2nd one had a lot of dust/ spider webs on fans that blew down. There was a smell of propane both at swamp cooler and bbq. In addition out yurt was just yards from huge propane tanks for all the yurts. The refrigerator was not running well and took 10 hours to get cold. We had to freeze our food to not have it spoil. There were large spaces in wood floor where you could see the ground below, It’s no wonder rodents could get in. The futon was not very clean and we were cold at night because blankets were thin. This place absolutely seemed overpriced, over $1100 for 3 nights in a very rustic accommodation. Plus the game room with activities for kids was closed and mini golf not working. There should be some compensation for what we paid Because I have teenage boys are looking forward to the pool tables etc.
