Nona's House

Location was excellent. Very quiet and peaceful despite excellent old town centre location.

Please be aware this is NOT a two bathroom apartment. Second ‘bathroom’ is cloakroom only - there is no shower or window. Also, although depicted in advertising photos there was no outside area. We were there for 6 days/5 nights. No cleaning or servicing of the apartment during this time. Toilet bins remained unemptied for 5 days. Unhygienic. Minimal towels provided and these, too, were not changed during our 6 days/5 night trip. Half the lightbulbs were blown so bedrooms were poorly lit.

The outside door was a bit noisy

Whilst the rest of the apartment was very clean, there was excrement on the bathroom floor when we arrived. I am not sure if it was a human poo or from a cat but either way I do not recommend staying here and the customer service to try and resolve the issue has been terrible.

A beautiful, stylish and comfortable apartment in a great location, in the old town. Thanks for making it available early.

It can be a bit noisy at night from people outside on the street.

The apartment was spacious and the location was good

We arrived and the property was not well-cleaned, a pile of swept up dest on the floor, crumbs on top of the kitchen counter, even found a nail on the kitchen floor. Cockroaches in the entrance and a terrible smell in the bathroom. In fairness, when I called to complain the management company offered to send someone over to clean again, but when you arrive at night to a hotel you want it to be clean! Not to have someone come into your private space among your things to clean again.
