Nona's House

Our second trip to this accommodation. We loved its location and the comfort of the bedrooms. good shower. Small kitchen but well equipped. No tea towels. Close to Liston and all the main shops.. Small supermarket nearby Shower room very compact but functional. Sitting area small. kitchen too small to eat a meal at the table.

On our first trip customer service was excellent. We were introduced to the apartment by a friendly host who explained how everything worked. We were given two sets of keys On our second trip customer service was less personal. Entry was by key box and instructions about the apartment came by whats app. We found only one set of keys in the key box. A request for a second set was refused. An expensive bottle of perfume was accidentally left behind. Two requests were made for its return as we were living locally for the rest of our stay in Corfu. The perfume was not returned. The tone of the communications was poor and quite condescending
