I like the property. Room was spacious with all mentioned amenities.

Staff was very rude. Initially he said 90 euros for the same room on call. When I said I can't give 90, he started talking to me in very bad manner. Like he used the word "Kanjoos" in hindi which means "Miser". Which I understand he can't use in professional way. When I confronted he hanged the phone. So yes, staff who I talked to on call doesn't know how to talk to customers.

Pierwsze wrażenie, ładny salon z aneksem

Nie spodziewaliśmy się, że równolegle w obiekcie przebywają inni turyści, mieliśmy obawy, czy prywatność jest na jakimkolwiek poziomie i czy to nie jest tak, że jeden klucz pasuje do wszystkich pokojów, po wejściu do pokoju niby było czysto, ale miałam obawy czy na pewno, czułam pewien dystans, jak na to, że był to pokój na dwie noce, żeby tylko się przespać i wrócić na Maltę to spełnił swoje zadanie.

The location

Wrongly advertised the room we booked as having a private bathroom. We found out it’s not the case. There were other people staying in the other bedrooms and they used the same bathroom we did. The bathroom was a mess. Several rooms also had mould on the walls. When we complained to the owner about the bathroom not being private as advertised he just told us you’re right I’ll give you a discount next time you book. There will definitely not be a next time at this place.

Dobra lokalizacja, spokojna okolica. Przestronny salon i ładny design.

Brak wentylacji w łazience i pokojach co skutkowało pojawiająca się pleśnią i grzybem. Słabe wyposażenie w kuchni.

Location only

The walls are dirty inside the room, not prioritize for room preference, asked for the king bed and got two separate beds the bathroom was in sharing with the others as i preferred separate bathroom
