Room big n clean

Tv can’t see any channel no WiFi. Use own line but too poor. At the kitchen less of forks and spoons .the basins pipe leaks even the toilet paper need to ask

We were guided by the owner through a WhatsApp message, and it took us a while to open the safety box despite multiple attempts. The passwords for the key box were only given to us a few minutes before check-in.

It's incredibly frustrating that the owner only texted us, even on our check-in date, late at night after 10 pm, with a lengthy message outlining the rules for our stay, including parking arrangements, towel usage, and the critical reminder that the unit must be thoroughly cleaned before check-out to ensure a clean environment for the next guest. However, upon arrival, the house was in a total mess and clearly hadn't been cleaned or prepared for your stay. When you reached out to the owner about this, he simply shared a story about his cleaner being involved in an accident, claiming ignorance of the situation. One might wonder why the owner didn't have the courtesy to ensure the unit was ready for the next check-in before forwarding the entry password. It's evident that the unit appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned by anyone for ages, which raises questions about the owner's responsibility and management of the property.

The unit are just comfortable for family stay, clean and calm. Clean kitchen and convenient. Will re-book when visit to cameron highland.
