Modern Trento Retreat, Views & Walkability

Apart from the great location of the property and the stunning views from the window, the property is very spacious and modern.

The owner could would benefit a bit more on lessons on customer service. The owner give us WiFi login details just to admit that the Internet is not working, even though he promise to fix during our stay but never did. The bed is very very uncomfortable and the sofa bed are not an actual sofa bed. They are two disjointed pieces of furniture that he managed to put together and called sofa bed. On it own, the sofe is worn out and cannot hold the weight of a toddler. We had to sit on the dinning chair who themselves are a bit wobbly. I had to be on self prescribed pain killers through out my stay because of the pain from the Spring beds that is not so modern as the property. Moreover, the property was never cleaned nor provided with extra black bags to do my own cleaning. I had to buy bags and cleaned throughout my stay even though he promised daily cleaning. I believe with an improve communication from the landlord, replace spring bed and broken sofa bed, and fixed the WiFi and organise routine cleaning during tenant stay, I know that the property will be an amazing 5 star property in Trento. I regret not staying in a hotel!!!

The apartment is well equipped and very well located  - in a close walking vicinity both to the old city and the train station. The window view from the living room is beautiful.

The communication with the host was pretty poor - I contacted the host 5 days before our arrival to clarify certain issues via various means of communication and received a reply with a big delay only after I contacted booking support service. After check-in, it was improved though - the host replied promptly and also kindly agreed to allow later check-out. We had booking for 3 persons (2 adults and a kid), but recieved only 2 sets of towels and only 1 set of bed clothes. After I asked the host about the bed clothes, I recieved the indications where in the apartment to get more, but there was no extra set there, actually. The coach in the living room is not pretty suitable for sleep since has some defects and in addition had hair on it. Overall cleaning could be enhanced  - the shower had remains of soap upon our arrival, the glasses were dirty, the bed linen looked really old.
