Wasn’t very clean. Found a dirty sock from previous guests and lots of cobwebs. Ants in the kitchen. Tried contacting owners - felt like an AI response saying thanks for feedback.
GBLocation was perfect. Key code didn't work...it was pure luck I got into the property. No mattress protectors on the 2 single beds. There was info pack regarding refuse, dirty laundry,heating controls

GBLovely stay, very clean, lots of space with private garden. Rooms full of character, great sunset across the fields and perfect location for Horsey gap and surrounding towns. Plus thank you for the bubbles 🫧
No stand up shower
GBGBGBGBGBThe location was wonderful and our stay in Maple Barn was very peaceful, which was much needed. Everything we wanted to see/visit was easy to find and not far to get to. The barn itself was comfortable and always nice to return to after a long day out exploring.
Having dogs with us, it would have made life much easier if there had been a washing machine in the barn so that we could wash pee pads each day. We managed okay as only staying for four nights but a longer stay than that would have made things much more challenging. Also, although everything we made use of was very clean and tidy upon arrival, we felt that the barn would benefit from redecoration, when time allows for this, and found quite a few cobwebs around in different rooms, so again, when time permits, a deep clean might really make the barn shine as it is a lovely place to relax and spend time in.

Shower could be difficult for persons not agile. But a small observation as we managed ok. The property is spacious clean, beds are comfortable and kitchen has all you need, pub nearby was also good with friendly staff and good food. Host easy to contact and entry is quick as they operate a key box at the property located next to the front doors so as soon as you arrive your are in
