Nothing!

We booked for 5 Adults as there were beds for 5 adults and the booking confirmed 5 adults, but when we checked in it was only set up for 4 adults and the management wouldn’t set up the 5th sofa bed and was arguing with me and being difficult. I was nice to him all the time. Tried to contact booking.com but it’s impossible. Sent messages to customer support and no reply even after 3 days!! Never booking with either one of them again. The room was so dirty, there is dust gathering everywhere. You can see it on the photos!
