Please note that the property offers transfer services by car or van from Sihanoukville International Airport to the main pier and by Catamaran boat from the pier to the property at an additional cost. The journeys take about 30 minutes and 60 minutes respectively. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly using the Special Requests box available. We are running the boat schedule based on seasonality. Please choose the schedule based on your stay period. Our boat schedules are: SUMMER Schedule (November–April) + Sihanoukville Port – Resort: 11:15AM & 2:00PM + Resort – Sihanoukville Port: 08:00AM & 12:30PM GREEN SEASON Schedule (May–October) + Sihanoukville Port – Resort: 2:00PM + Resort – Sihanoukville Port: 11:00 AM The Royal Sands Koh Rong's daily boat schedule is available for pickup and drop-off with a surcharge of USD 40.00 per person per way. Children aged 6–12 years old are charged USD 20.00 per child. Guests can make themselves comfortable while waiting at our lounge at Sihanoukville Port. Guests enjoy: - Welcome drink & cold towel upon arrival. - Complimentary tropical fruit platter in villa.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

De zee, het strand, de accommodatie waren top. Het personeel doet echt hun best, maar ze begrijpen nogal eens wat niet. Er is zeker goed ingeprent dat ze altijd groeten en bijna buigen voor je…voelt soms ongemakkelijk.

De prijzen voor eten en drinken zijn Europese prijzen, ook de accommodatieprijzen zijn echte westerse prijzen en dan verwacht je er toch iets meer van. Met oud en nieuw heb je geen keuze, je moet meedoen met de avond, maar deze avond moet wel los betaald worden en drinken zit nog niet in deze belachelijk hoge prijs van $180 pp vanaf 12 jaar. Dit werd niet vermeld bij de boeking, maar achteraf. Bereken dit soort avonden door in de accommodatieprijs, hoor je er niemand over. Aan de plek ligt het niet, de business-kant valt nog veel te verbeteren.

The location is very beautiful. The villas very spacious and convenient with sea view. The staff is super friendly and helpful. One of the highlights is the Ocean restaurant with delicious breakfast and a good mix of Western and Asian food.

We paid 520$ a night and therefore expensive but the price for the transfer and other activities are too expensive. The resort could have a bit more fun, more spice.

L’emplacement est merveilleux totalement identique à la carte postale

Le retour en bateau la mer était très agitée et malheureusement le bateau de l’hôtel est assez petit et nous étions du coup très très secoué Un peu dommage c’est notre dernier souvenir de l’hôtel
