The center of Split, renovated stone house

It was really clean and the owner of the appartment helped us with everything!!

We stayed in No. 2 apartment: easily access using a keypad, fully-equipped kitchen and other facilities. Very clean! Wonderful location to various touristic places, bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Situated in the centre yet in a quiet neighbourhood. I enjoyed the atmosphere very much! Ante was extremely helpful and understanding. He’s easily reachable if queries arise. We had a super comfortable stay and being in this apartment made getting to and back from places extremely convenient. Id recommend this to everyone :)!!

Had to wait for the hot water (shower) to heat up. You can hear upstairs movements quite well e.g., walking, moving things. The AC is on the loud side when functioning. These weren’t big issues at all just took a bit of time to be used to them.

The location is perfect + the host is really helpful!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ante's apartment was really good place to stay! The location was perfect, very close to the old town and only about 10 minutes from the nearest beach by walking but still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was clean and cozy, the kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay, air condition worked perfectly and the balcony was a nice bonus (the balcony was shared with the apartment next door but there was a partition between). Ante was a super host and he helped me a lot! He gave me a nice list of tips to the city, helped me with bus schedules and everything else I needed. I would really recommend Ante as a host and his place for stay if you are planning to visit Split!

I can't really think of anything! Like the apartment wasn't that spacious but you can see that from the pictures too and there was a closet where you could hang your clothes so no need to have suitcase open on the floor all the time which gives you a nice extra room.

Everything about this stay was easy. Quick to get-in to the unit, clean rooms, nice kitchen setup, fantastic a/c unit, and fast wifi. Highly recommend if you're looking to stay in Split.

Nothing really... We liked everything but if you don't want to do the 3-5 min walk to the historical city centre, then I'd suggest you stay closer. Really easy walk but some might be sensitive to this.

Great location, responsive host. I had to check in late and Ante was very helpful and ensured that I checked in safely. He was also very helpful for my luggage during the check out.

Very good location and stone walls and air conditioning support cooling when really hot outside

It is in the basement and at the beginning of stairs so there is light thru the entrance door all night, like day light. Furthermore it was well cleaned, spider web and some dust but it may be from construction next door.
