"Toccata e fuga a Piancavallo."

L'appartamento è in perfetto stato ristrutturato da poco curato nei dettagli. Piancavallo è un paesino carino sciistico e turistico. Forse ha visto tempi migliori con più neve.

Il condominio anche se tenuto bene ed in ordine ha molti negozi vuoti al piano terra che danno quell'aria un pò dimessa.

lo stabile è piuttosto vecchio e richiederebbe qualche manutenzione.
