El apartamento es perfecto.

Lo de la llave del aparcamiento, mejor sería abrir con código. Así ya entras directamente y no tienes que aparcar fuera, subir a recoger la llave y volver al coche para aparcarlo dentro.

Estaba todo nuevo muy bien cuidado

No hay ninguna queja

Le logement, un studio, est bien équipé, propre. Il manquerait un grille-pain pour le matin mais c'est un détail. On apprécie la climatisation, le parking, la piscine, l'emplacement. La plage n'est pas très loin mais il faut la voiture, un parking payant au bord de la plage. Quelques restaurants alentours, je conseille LA PERGOLA cuisine maison, abordable, le personnel sympa

Certains voisins non respectueux des autres locataires, comme beaucoup de lieux. Il sont bruyants quand ils rentrent à deux heure du matin. Une habitante crie souvent sur son mari ou enfants. : (

Las comodidades del alijami3nto, parking muy bien

Excellent location! Yumbo centrum 5 min walk, Lidl 15 min walk, other smaller supermarkets 2-5 min walk! Multiple bus stops! The apartman was great, comfortable, super clean! Playa del Inglease beach 15 min walk, dunes de Maspalomas 10 min by taxi!

Very noisy. Broken lifts, only 1 poor quality towel. Broken shower door. Dysfunctional neighbours with noisy door slamming child. Constant arguing and shouting

The keys being in a secure box by the door was very convenient. Upon arrival the flat was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The interior design was good. Having air conditioning was good. The water pressure in the shower was good. Only a ten minute walk from Yumbo (to go out). Good pool.

I texted the host but they didn't reply. The toilet refilling system leaked so there was a constant dripping sound. The shower and sink had semi-blocked plugs so the water didn't drain away. The building was sometimes noisy because other inhabitants were doing renovation work. Would have been nice to have a bigger freezer for ice and ice-cream etc. Not much in the way of kitchen utensils. Would have been good to have a ceiling fan. The iron was dirty (calcium deposits - inside). The view lol (you'll see - although the owner can't do much about it)
