1 Bedroom Luxury Apartment

The view was lovely. AC worked well. Nice bed & couch.

Definitely NOT luxury. Communication was quick—once one asked after items. Before we arrived, lock box instructions for getting key to unit was provided. However, we had to request a code for the parking garage and for access to the building… which was necessary to be able to get to the unit: a significant problem. Building staff told us we should have also had a pin; none provided despite more than one request. Parking was accessible, however… we were supposed to have a hang tag. None was provided. Thankfully, building staff were hugely kind and understanding. Note: NOT a part of Booking.com renter services. We just got lucky. Overall, a bit sterile and cheaply appointed apartment (fridge looked “scratch & dent” and fake book plus cheap furniture, almost no cups or glasses). So… “luxury?!?” Nah: not even close.

Very cozy apartment and definitely fit our needs coming from out of town going to a concert which was walking distance to the BJCC

The corridor to the apartment had a strong smell of a popular smoking drug The property was advertised to sleep 4. Only on the arrival day we were told it can only sleep 3 There was no bedding for the third guest, the sofa bed had broken slats The tv didn’t work and the apartment wasn’t what we would call luxury. Very Misleading Still waiting for a refund…

What a lovely apartment, great views and comfortable lounge area. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and this was a great base for our overnight stay in Birmingham for a concert
