Budget Inn of Lodi

Easy to find location.

The foundation was stained around the bed. There was some dirt stains in the shower. It was not dusted regularly or swept regularly.

Rooms were clean, recently refurbished, and location was quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Kind of a shady neighborhood, but the “transients” seem to keep to themselves.

Could park right in front of the room

Loud sounds around 11pm just outside the room

There was no breakfast. I don’t think I have ever been in a cleaner room! The desk clerk was great even with my late pm check in.

I was not out of the room until after 1 am so only had I housekeeping clean.

Very clean, large rooms, firm beds, quiet

Location is not ideal - neighborhood could feel a little safer

The staff was very warm, welcoming and accommodating. The location was good and the property was well maintained!

There was a bug in the sink. I was able to wash it down and close the drain, therefore I didn't have to deal with it but once!
