O apartamento bom , bonito , equipamento suficiente.

Ar condicionado mesmo para toda a area do apartamento. Falta de pressão muito , muito baixa, da agua do duche. Embora tenham dito que era um botão que teriamos carregado que provocou isso, mas nunca descobrimos esse botão e das 12 ás 17 havia pressão . Estranho....

L'appartamento è bellissimo, molto spazioso, ben arredato, molto pulito e comodo. Cucina bella, ben attrezzata, lavatrice e forno anche. Aria condizionata canalizzata, l'accesso all'appartamento per le scale. Dall'altra parte della strada si trova un supermercato, zona tranquilla lontana dall'agitazione della stazione ma in taxi ci si arriva in 3 minuti.

Nice, good-size apartment as such, but there were a few things that could be improved for this price. Bakery and grocery store very close to the apartment were an advantage.

We stayed there 5 days in April and had constant problems with hot water- some people wrote about it in earlier opinions from last year so I hoped the company taking care of the apartment would solve the problem, but apparently it did not happen. Taking cold shower was not a nice experience, in the end we got sick after our trip. No electric kettle in the apartment, only traditional one - this was quite unusual, but we survived with it (for health reasons I needed hot water). I travel a lot and stay in many places and I would definitely not stay there one more time, I would look for sth else in Bari.

The bed was very comfortable and the communication with the host very easy

The bathroom was very small with a tiny, triangular-shaped shower, the door folding with a faulty handle. The washbasin dropped but the owner has been immediately willing to fix it. No free toiletries apart from some soap. Though being defined a bed and breakfast, there were just some tea bags. The induction stove was not mentioned so no way to use our own coffee-maker. The place is about one km far from the centre

the excessive smell of mold and an extremely noisy portable "air conditioner" that didn't cool and I think it was also the source of the mold, the carpet with mites that if you touched you would get itchy

I recently stayed in a three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment which had its fair share of pros and cons. On the positive side, the apartment itself is quite nice and recently renovated. The two rooms with queen beds and a room with bunk beds were clean and comfortable.

However, the location of the apartment is not ideal. It felt quite inconvenient for getting around and accessing key areas of interest. Additionally, there was a notable COCKROACH problem which was quite unsettling. The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. The living room/kitchen area was another letdown, featuring a very small sofa that couldn't accommodate all the guests comfortably. Another surprising issue was the charge of 10 euros for an additional pillow, which seemed unreasonable. We were traveling with a small 5-year-old child, and unfortunately, the bed was not made for her and no linens were provided. When we requested linens, the response we received was, "does she need a bed," which was completely absurd and unprofessional.
