Step to Kotor bay Perast

Хороший аппарт комплекс в Перасте со своей парковкой. Чисто, уютно. Вид из спальни на залив. В номере все новое, большой холодильник, посудомойка, кухня со всем необходимым. Тишина и покой. Отличное место для релакса. Сам город маленький, мало туристов. Хорошие рестораны на берегу, нет толп туристов.

nicely laid out and decorated room. very clean and comfortable. Air con and wifi were very good. bottle of wine, water and chocolate biscuits on arrival was a nice touch. view over the bay was excellent. friendly host.

85 steps from the apartment down to the seafront. no balcony or patio in room 9 to enjoy the views - in fact outside the door was car parking. no facility to hang any wet clothes although the host let us use her airers.

It has a small car park for guests which is near the rooms. Useful especially if you have heavy luggages. Room is of decent size. Balcony has nice view of kotor bay. There's a row of restaurants by the coast below the hotel. Kitchen appliances are adequate and the fridge is effective. Host has a welcome bottle of red wine.

The TV is too small for viewing. Android tv box was not stable. Our room the bath shower keeps flooding. Drainage out is very slow so the bath water overflows into the room . Occasionally you can hear the cars from the main road. There is insufficient storage space for clothes.

Great location and beautiful view from the balcony. The host was friendly and kind. Welcome local wine provided in room for free.

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal und schöne Wohnung. Etwas enger Parkplatz. Wir hatten etwas Probleme die Wohnung zu finden, ein Tipp dass sie oben an der Straße liegt, hätte uns geholfen, weil unser Navi uns über die gesperrte Straße unten geschickt hat. Aber nach einem Telefonat war alles geregelt.

Anhand der Bilder dachten wir, dass wir eine Aussicht haben, was leider nicht der Fall war

Неплохое месторасположения отеля, уютный дворик, приятная хозяйка, практически все удобства в доме есть

Не соответствует цена/качество. За такую стоимость хотелось бы конечно получить именно такой вид, как на картинке, но увы у вас будет вид на соседний дом. Написано, что в доме два туалета, однако вторым пользоваться невозможно - там сломан выключатель света. Периодически в ванной пахло канализацией, плохая работа вытяжки
