The keypass 😅 It was a good thing I was with my son. If I was alone I don't know how will I be able to go down because the elevator needs the keypass and of course, I cannot bring the keypass with me if it's my last day.

conveniently located to several malls. Podium and Shagri-la plaza were very nice

the building has issues with cockroaches, and in general feels quite dated. there was a major issue with the location address listed, and the driver not knowing where to drop us off. we had to walk a long way with our bags. Be sure to know the building tower name for easy drop off. it took nearly two hours to get back to the location after being in a different part of Manila.

accessibility and decent size, ground staff are nice.

access to pool is addl pay and too many tiny cockroach roaming day and night nonstop in the toilets, sink and floor.check out time is too early.

Upgrade the bed.

The location is near to stores and restaurants. It’s really convenient.

The linens are not clean . The shower was broken. There are fruit flies in the room . Hopefully the owner can check the property so she can see for herself what it needs to be replaced .
