"Pleasant"

Shower was there but no valve to open it. TV was there but not in condition to watch tv. Blanket also not available at room.

Location was in road and we got room on ground floor did not have to climb stairs.

Room was not very clean, old broken furniture. Only passable for nite stay.

"Nightmare experience"

Nightmare experience. Firstly in my booking air conditioner was included the manager told me i will not give u ac in this price as i can't afford it now when I asked company has booked with ac then he said u can cancel if u want ac give me more money. Then i took normal ac room as his demand was too high. The dirtiest room I've ever seen no water in washroom. Smelly room untidy bedsheet I coudnt stay at property had to leave on 13 night only... Will never go there...they didn't even ask why u leaving...plz don't harass a customer next time
