TV was not in working condition. Staff refused to attend

Breakfast was included in booking, however denied by staff. Lobby outside rooms is clean, however at places cloths, bedding put on railing giving ugly look.

Nothing at all till 10 am.

The property is not look like it is in photos. Room was full with moisture and humidity. Every walls was full with damp . Even the bed was damp.. never recommend anyone ever. And if any one will come to meet you or visit even for 5-10 minutes i have to pay Rs. 200/- for each person. The reception area is a small shop.

I didn't order any because of staff the staff member was smoking

Cooler was not working properly and room cleaning first properly for any customer
