The owner upgraded my bed, it was nice I slept in private room ,Cleanness, free laundry and provide share kitchen

The location is far enough to city center, have to take bus that the road sometimes bad traffic jam but so close to Airport. Acctualy it's no problem for me. Over all nice hostel

I liked the place, overall. The deluxe room for two was spacious.

However, the attendant did not give us a breather for even a single minute from the moment we entered & insisted on us paying the money immediately. We weren't going to get away from paying but it is courtesy to allow guests to settle in for a few minutes at least before chasing them to pay up. The washroom had a distinct odour which wasn't pleasant per se. Can definitely do better on the cleanliness front.

"Clean, simple hostel near Almaty airport"

Clean, cool, quiet, convenient to the airport by Yandex taxi. I had a dorm room to myself, so essentially a private bathroom with shower as well.

The proprietor speaks no English, but was friendly and conscientious.
