3 Bedroom Beach House Apartment, Across St Michaels Mount in Marazion

The apartment was lovely! We arrived at 2pm and was greeted by Harry! He took us straight to the apartment and explained everything, and said if we had any problems to contact him!

Just a couple of things. There wasn't a welcome book , maybe would be good to have one just to give extra info. The WiFi can be a bit dodgy, but after asking , we were told what to do. Maybe having a sun umbrella and possibly a sun bed would be nice , we were very lucky with the weather, The balcony is a sun trap, but my mum could of done with a bit of shade. We have booked to go back again!

Fantastic views, and so easy walk to town. Love it! Really recommend!

Spacious apartment with stunning views.

Cleanliness of the windows and terrace. Considering the terrace is the best feature of the property i expected it to be cleaner and better furnished.

The location is wonderful, especially if you are looking for an ocean escape far from the noise. The staff were outstanding, we were feeling very looked after. They were going far and beyond and were fulfilling requests out of their job description to make our stay perfect. The place itself is beautiful, we didn't expect it to be as nice and big. It looks like it's been freshly renovated and styled by an experienced professional. Feels homely and it's equipped with everything you may need. The beds were big and comfortable.

My only note is the kitchen window. We were unlucky with the weather and there was a storm. That window was so old, with massive gaps around the glass and napkins pushed into them. There was lots of wind coming in. Also the outdoor space and cushions can be updated, even though they are functional.

The apartment was in a fantastic location and the views from the large balcony were fabulous. It was a lovely apartment at firt sight and you could see that some of the rooms had recently been redecorated, but there were a few tatty looking areas that could've been finished and fixed broken windows, that would've made it nicer. There was plenty of space for the two of us. Good kitchen facilities apart from not unsure on the big coffee machine requirement (but no consumables provided with it!) but there no microwave which would be far better in use.

On arrival we had to find someone who could help us and it was a brief showing on the flat. No welcome pack, no information and no emergency contact numbers provided either. Had one contact number that then forwarded to a hotel for someone else to deal with our issues of having to find out how things worked but sadly the TV did not work at all and we found a water leak in one bathroom sink. When speaking to the hotel they would send someone in the morning - but when we asked what time as we would be going out we were told didn't know, they then said they'd call us back - no return call.
