The decor is beautiful! Well located with a stunning view for Kampala!

We were given a room at first that was facing the parking area, which was disappointing. Cars entering the hotel would always present noise, as well as have their headlights coming directly into our room at night. We complained about this and at first they wanted to charge us $20 per night to “upgrade” to an identical room but on the other side. Upon showing them that the price was the same on Booking.com, they gave us the “upgrade” for free. My suggestion would be that in the future the hotel be more transparent about the view. Sadly, looking out over the parking area is really not a nice option.
