We were not informeer that the Main pool was under maintenace For already a long time. Thats not ok Airconditioning in the room was so so Food And drink prices heavily overpriced (17.50€ breakfast, 11-19€ pizza etc ) Airport pickup was not showing up

Really a lovely stay. Great staff, wonderful food, beautiful decor and fantastic gum and spa.

There was literally nothing I didn’t love!

The staff were excellent. Location is very beautiful and calming with beautiful nature. Food was nice but pricey compared to top restaurants in Kampala but taste good. The service issues were handled professionally. Laundry service worked swiftly and it was easy to communicate any needs with staff during the stay. It felt relaxing each evening to drive back on the hill after enjoying Kampala restaurants or other trips and get away from city traffic and pollution up on the hill where Latitude is located. Surrounded by beautiful nature. There were many garden workers working on planting and caring for gardens which was pleasure to see how hotel invest in maintenance of the beautiful gardens.

When I reserved the stay in August 2025, I was not informed that pool renovation had already begun before my reservation in beginning of August and would last until end of August. This was hidden and false marketing with pool photos during reservation which was not available. Only small children pool was available. The shower water pressure failed at first room but after few days we were upgraded well with nice service to room with better working hot shower. The band in Sunday brunch played way too loud and was impossible to hear my partner sitting next to me causing headache and band didn’t lower volume to human level even requested from staff. For 500k cost for two person brunch expected more. Food was good still and after moving to far end of terrace I could also hear little better. The hotel drivers were not available when requested but Uber worked well and with third of cost to hotel drivers. Also rooms already need some maintenance care as there was small issues with door handles and walls paint needing fixing but such are in a way suited with rustic art feeling of the rooms. Even we faced several issues the overall feeling from service left us happy from the experience. Only real big issue was lack of information about pool not being available like advertised during reservation which was not professional and was false advertising.

Friendly accommodating staff. Good food clean facilities. Nice shower and bath.

Der Hauptpool wurde umgebaut. Eine riesengrosse Baustelle. Auch die Sauna ging die ganze Woche nicht. Niemand hat das bei der Buchung mitgeteilt.
