A couple of things. Firstly, we weren’t informed that this was a residential home. Upon entry, I was shocked to see the owner’s kid on what’s supposed to be the lounge area. Secondly, our room was completely unsanitary; it was smelly, the bedsheets & pillows are old & stained ,not ironed and there were sand on the bed. The comfort room was yellowish and dirty,no pale nor basin. Overall a bad experience to us. Hope they improve.

great location, bigrooms, adequate facilities, friendly and helpful staff, especially the owners, willing to extend effort without getting tired, very unusual among hotel owners. it makes me feel at home in this place

"Good value for money"

Clean room and had everything that we needed. Very good location close to everything. Just a 2 minute bike ride from the Center of El Nido

The towels were old and worn out.
