Location, clean

No soap, no shower gel and I was left with about 7 sheets of toilet roll upon arrival…. Nice

Price very cheap. Ensuite very modern and clean. Room very secure. Hotel staff member/caretaker was very helpful. Wasn't expecting any staff. He wated for people to arrive. Excellent value

Bed was a bit dated but was OK. Area has plenty of shops and is upmarket but has become a bit dated due to lots of student accommodation

The Old chap that was there at nights was a very nice and helpful person.

It was a bid cold in the nights

I asked for an early checked in because I took early morning flight and needed to get changed for the wedding I was invited to. The staff was realy patient and helpfull!

Wifi wasn’t great

The location is great, I could walk 30 min to the city center, and the aera looks safe . They are nice places around, especially for the restaurant and drinks. I can sleep while the window is opened. There wasn't too much noise. I also liked the self check-in system. The price is alright if you just want a place to sleep and not to stay. The bathroom was also alright. The support of the governor despite his age.

The room is not really clean. For me, the issue is related to people who made it. They don't care about the person who will sleep there. I am pretty sure they are paid to do the work, but they used to do only part of the job. I have to wash the kettle by myself before using it. The glasses weren't also properly clean. The tea should be put in a box to avoid getting dust or microbes. I bought my own tea. The lobby and the room smell musty. A shot of frebreeze could help. There isn't aerator in the bathroom. Hot water is very slow to come. No good for ecology. PS: Whatever the hotel's star. Cleanliness is important. The user guide is also important for clients to avoid people asking the old man to go upstairs to explain how to open the rooms.
