Wasn't happy with the price we paid. We had to use the same towel for 6days and they were poor quality. The photos on the website were untrue, there was no wheelchair access and the boards on the veranda were dangerous. There was no dryer as shown on the website. All in all not happy at all

Washing machine was fiery bad mould in door seal house smelled of mould there was rising damp in one bedroom Exhaust fan in bathroom not working also wash basin was blocked

Location

Needs some TLC. No dishwash or salt n pepper Paid for 2 nights and only had one night being stuck with the floods in Whitianga. No coffee & Tea or sugar. Towels very thin Ants alive under jug Leak in hallway, needs attention and floor was wet.

We loved the privacy of the location and it was very convenient for all our needs .

As soon as you came in there was a funny funky and stuffy smell I had to spray my perfume around, and the place could do with better fans , the ones in there were old and a bit rusty.

Lots of space roomy good having to bathrooms

The only thing we liked was the security gate and location.

The digusting state of place itself. Mould in the washing machine and around the kitchen taps, cobwebs and dead spiders in the cutlery drawer, fridge light flashing off and on. Rooms are tiny. Can’t fit a portacot in either of them. The bottom of the shower isn’t sealed so water is probably just collecting under the tray, the toilet smelled like a urinal, the house has next to no ventilation, and in the summer is stifling hot. The internet stopped working - we contacted the host and she didn’t remedy it or offer a solution, she actually didn’t even text back. Would not recommend staying here.
