It accomadated i needs we needed a quite place to reflect as we were on a healing retreat it gaves the space to talk with no outside influences

Nothing to dislike.

The Location for us and the stay we had planned was perfect. It was a most comfortable stay and the facilities were great. Finding the property and getting access could not have been easier and the smoothness helped make our little holiday the perfect weekend. In addition to that, value for money in the opinion of our entire group was excellent. We come up to Pukekohe often and will absolutely book with Amber Hill again when we bring a group and have no hesitation in giving Amber hill high recommendation. To our host Lynn, many thanks for a pleasant experience.

Good central location. Property was clean and well equipped.

There was no remote for the air conditioning which meant someone had to climb to switch it on. One night we were quite cold but the fire in the living room didn't work. The property was a little run down compared to the pictures on booking.com. I think they need updated to give a true reflection

Lack of cooling and no ventilation apart from being able to open windows

Beds were comfortable, showers were great pressure.

Bathroom towels were very tired and cheap. No bath mat or hand towels provided. Kitchen sink and fridge were grubby, as was glasses and cutlery. Property inside was tired and very dated. Water from kitchen sink had a very strong chlorine smell. Water did not drain from shower tray in en suite.

The property was on a great location for us, close to relatives who live locally
