"Perfect retreat"

"Something different to stay in excellent location"

The location was just right a 10 minute walk to town. The facilities were very good. Bed was comfortable. Martin was very helpful in letting me park my motorcycle in side, as they is an outside parking area. But due to the large drain at the front I couldn’t got over it on my bike. Excellent hospitality from the host.

Loved the little hut, was super clean, had all you needed and in a great location. In a nice secluded, private spot. There were loads of rabbits in the field, felt like being in Watership Down. Amazing sunrise too. Hosts were very friendly and made sure we knew where to find them etc.. Definitely recommend a stay here!!

Everything was perfect, would be nice to have a barbecue there for summer months. But just a suggestion.

"I have always wanted to stay in a shepherds hut and this was an excellent one for 2 people"

The shepherds hut was a lovely place to stay for 2 people with easy collection of keys and an onsite designated parking space. The location was perfect for visiting Arundel castle and gardens which were about 1 mile away and also for cafes/restaurants. The Deer Hut had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. There was a separate bathroom with a lovely rainfall shower and clean towels were provided. Fully recommend this place to stay.

Everything was perfect and cannot think of anything that would make it a better place to stay.

"Lovely weekend..just what we needed!"

Idyllic location, so peaceful... surrounded by rabbits, horses, and songbirds. A cosy, welcoming, and well-equipped hut...with hosts who were attentive but also respected our privacy.
