La posizione e la pace che si respira poco fuori da Spoleto

Oltre ad essere stati in una Regione così bella come l'Umbria,ci siamo ritrovati in un Paradiso.Luana e Marco sono stati stupendi con la loro accoglienza e la struttura è MERAVIGLIOSA.Sicuramente ci ritorneremo ❤️. Grazie per tutto.

Tutto incredibile!!! Ci tornerò sicuramente! Attenzione al dettaglio e accoglienza di Luana e Marco unici. Colazione squisita. Posizione top: a 7 minuti da Spoleto ma allo stesso tempo nel nulla rilassante. Bravissimi!!! Ps ci sono anche gli asinelli 😍

Luana and Marco made the stay very easy and comfortable. The breakfast was ample and served partly at table and partly buffet, it was plenty and just kept coming. The view is amazing, even from the pool area and even though the place was full, the pool area was quiet even when all the guests were there, it is a big space and you dont feel like you are on top of eachother. Parking is easy, the room was very large, the bathroom too and Luana also gave us extra towels since we were using them for the pool. The donkeys are a bonus.

I couldnt fault anything even after careful consideration.

This place is like paradise. The surroundings and the views from the house and the pool were absolutely stunning. The guesthouse was spotless and beautiful, and Luana and Marco were incredibly kind and welcoming. Marco gave us great tips for day trips, and the location was perfect for exploring the area — close to the center of Spoleto, yet tucked away in peaceful, natural surroundings. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice and extremely quite. Well positioned, 5 min from the city center . The pool is absolutely amazing for a refreshing moment . Breakfast is very rich, savoury and sweets, cakes are delicious , don’t miss “Torta della Nonna” !!

This is an exceptional B&B with extremely welcoming and helpful hosts. I felt like we were staying with some friends who just waited on us and helped us enjoy our time visiting, but we did not sacrifice privacy. We had the whole place to ourselves in the evening. I would definitely return.

There are no negatives about this property. It is unique and special.

We really liked marko and luana. They were very kind and nice. The place was well orgenized and quite intimite.
