Escape to Beach Oasis! New Management! Updated Beachside Condo with Heated Pool!

So easy - access to everything and beach was awesome

Unit was well appointed, everything was very nice. Code system for the property a bit awkward but efficient when we understood it.

Gulf view would have been nice.

Condo was inside very nice and maintained.

Floors were absolutely disgusting and dirty. found previous tenants clothes under couch. Wi-Fi didn’t want to work, had electrical issues. Neighbors were highly smoking weed the whole trip. Couldn’t use the pool as people complained nonstop about the hours so I left, only to see a whole family of 10 in there half of the night. No response from host or manager until I asked what to clean up. Apartment was over 4 hours late checking in because of them replacing the countertops. Asked for Wi-Fi passcode only to get ignored so I couldn’t even look to get a new place picked out. The whole trip was a nightmare and poor planning on the host end. Absolutely ridiculous to be treated in such a manner I ended up leaving a day early (not counting not getting to check in until bedtime money night). Paid for a 5 day stay and got 2.5 days out of it. Pretty saddening.
