I highly recommend this apartment, especially to those visiting Catania for the first time. The communication with the landlord is phenomenal – everything was thoroughly explained. Even before my arrival, I knew what to do and how to get around the city to get everywhere without a problem. If I had any questions, they were quick to respond. The apartment itself is fantastic: clean, fresh, and beautiful, and most importantly, it's right in the center – with access to the beach, airport, and major attractions. This was the best stay I've ever had. It's clear how much effort and work the landlord put into providing the highest quality service. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Very comfortable with 2 double rooms and a small kitchen/dining space. Fabio was very helpful and left us plenty of coffee. The apartment is in a great location close to everything.

Parking not quite as easy as we hoped but we managed ok and Fabio was helpful to us

Es hat uns alles gefallen. Die lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut, da wir dadurch vieles un der Nähe hatten. Es war auch sehr gemütlich und haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. 😊

Es gibt's nicht wo drüber man sich beschweren kann.

Fabio was fabulous. Instant communication when needed. Gave us lots of recommendations that we couldn't get around to in only 3 days. Location was terrific. We had a slight problem with the plumbing and remote control for the aircon but Fabio fixed them as soon as we told him.

Only problem was the dog upstairs barking when it was out on the balcony but this was nothing to do with Fabio and the apartment.

El apartamento tenía buen espacio para 5 personas, estaba en general limpio y Fabio fue muy amable y atento

Hubo detalles del apartamento que podrían mejorar, el depósito de agua de la cafetera estaba sucio casi verde y el hervidor de agua lleno de cal. No nos dió confianza usarlos. Y otro detalle fue que llegaron casi una hora antes de la hora oficial del check out y abrieron el apartamento mientras estábamos dentro.
