Herrliche Lage und sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin und sehr gute Betreuung. Sehr empfehlenswert wenn man die Natur liebt. Gerne wieder !!!!!!

Questo appartamento dalla forma particolare gode di una vista meravigliosa sulle colline circostanti fino al mare e alle penisole del nord-ovest di Creta. La madre della proprietaria ci ha accolti con tanto calore e ci ha lasciato acqua, dolcetti tipici fatti da lei, uova e molta frutta e verdura. La casa ha tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno di più giorni. Fare colazione con una vista così è stato impagabile!

Appartamento comodo, bello, ben fornito di tutto, pulito. Accoglienza calorosa con frutta, uova, acqua, Raki, tutto loro! Molto apprezzato! Grande disponibilità e gentilezza. Vista panoramica spettacolare!!!! Ci tornerei sicuramente!!

Appartamento molto caratteristico ed accogliente. Vista mozzafiato da un lato vedi il mare in lontananza e dall altro vista montagne.

The most wonderful views I have ever seen, let alone stayed at. Between mountains, the sea, lambs, and olive trees, this place is incredible. Very cozy as well and the terrace was *chef’s kiss* for basking in the springtime sun.

The only thing I didn’t love was the shower. Small and had weak water pressure when using hot water.

Rokky Pyrgos truly exceeded my expectations! The photos shown on Booking aren't giving it the full justice it deserves. It's perfect for one person, a couple or a small family who seek relaxation and a nice little retreat into nature. The view from the apartment is truly enchanting and the sea is a lot closer than the photos show. Rokky Pyrgos is located a 45 minute drive from Chania airport and goes a little bit more land inward. This gives the location of the apartment a secluded place on Crete. Daylight offers a stunning view over the two peninsulas, the Mediterranean sea, mountain ranges and olive tree fields. The evening/night offers a nice look to the stars and if the moon shines full, a lot of the beautiful landscape is visible too. Mesmerizing! There is a road next to the house, but it's not busy at all. The road is giving quite easy access to the main highway (about a 10 minute drive down the hill). From here all in west Crete is quite accessible. For me Rokka Pyrgos was the perfect place to stay in order to explore the west side of the island. After a good day out it was always nice and relaxing to be able to get back to this amazing apartment. Everything you need is in the apartment: fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and a balcony that goes almost 360 degrees around the house. The host of the apartment is always available for online communication and very kind when doing so. I truly have nothing to complain about on this. If I ever revisit Crete, I would definitely stay at Rokka Pyrgos again. I would recommend it to anybody!

The only thing that comes to mind is that the shower takes some time to warm up and the showerhead isn't that strong (with warm water). Apart from this I have nothing to mention.

If you like to be surrounded with nature, away from other people, this is perfect place to stay. Very special experience. You don't want to go out to the beach. Best equipped kitchen I have ever seen. Comfortable and clean. 10 stars!
