The location is generally good, the apartment is pleasantly spacious. The host was friendly and helpful.

The apartment had been cleaned, but unfortunately not thoroughly, as I noticed a few foreign hairs. The toilet requires repair, and the lamp in the living room was not properly secured and was hanging down. Communication with the host was somewhat difficult, partly due to the language barrier and partly because my calls were not answered.

L’acqua con pochissima pressione

Ausência de garagem (o carro estava estacionado na rua), iluminação inadequada no banheiro, mofo no rodapé do box do chuveiro, descarga do vaso sanitário quebrada e pressão de água insuficiente nas torneiras.

Host gentile, alloggio ampio che da immediatamente una impressione positiva. Cucina abbastanza fornita di stoviglie e pentole. Letti comodi. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene.

Piccole magagnette senza le quali il soggiorno sarebbe eccezionale. Le porte non chiudono bene, nel bagno una luce è bruciata, lo sciacquone è senza coperchio.

Struttura carina e accogliente.

Luci del bagno e della camera da letto non funzionanti.

Bonne Situation géographique pour se rendre a Milan et a Côme, équipé correctement pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

A améliorer, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas.

Отсутствие напора воды (невозможно использовать верхний душ), долгое ожидание горячей, при большом расходе горячей воды она заканчивается, кровать Очень Сильно скрепит даже при ночных поворотах, сломан слив в унитазе, дверь в душевую кабину постоянно открывается 🙁
