Struttura nuova immersa in un giardino tropicale curato e avvolgente. Camere arredate con gusto e armonia, pulitissime. Fare la doccia guardando il cielo e’ sempre un esperienza bellissima. Lo staff molto gentile, sorridente e professionale. Il cibo di ottima qualità. Ho usufruito anche della sauna, molto pulita. Approfittate dell’uso della piscina per un totale relax .

- The ceilings are high, so the air conditioning unit (installed high up) does not disturb you (during daylight). There was also a ceiling fan, although it was quite noisy - Room was clean - Bed and pillows - Personnel was very nice as we used to in Bali

-Although my villa and a few others were already available when I arrived, early check-in was not granted. Instead, I was asked to pay 250,000 IDR if I wanted to check-in early or spend money on food and drinks while waiting. This felt like an unnecessary attempt or an unpleasant way to generate extra revenue. It was the first time in my life I wasn’t allowed early check-in despite room availability. - The hotel states in booking information that there is a designated smoking area in the complex, and I specifically booked a private villa with an enclosed large garden and terrace. However, smoking was not allowed anywhere in your private garden, open bathroom or complex, and there was a 10,000,000 IDR fine, which you are required to sign before you check-in. The only designated smoking area was the parking lot near the garbage containers, which had no shelter. This meant standing in the rain, or going there at night where bats were flying around, forcing you to constantly dodge them to avoid getting hit. After these issues, I didn’t even feel like staying, but I was told that no refund was possible and the hotel did not answer the request from booking. - The water provided above the fridge was not drinkable according to my water tester. Although it was filtered, the total dissolved solids measured 180 mg/L, which is not ideal for drinking (only suitable for brushing teeth). In comparison, bottled water from a nearby market measured 17 mg/L, which was perfect. - A very thick duvet is provided for sleeping, which makes it necessary to turn on the air conditioning. This dries out the air and increases the risk of getting sick. In a warm climate like this, it would be much more comfortable and healthier to also offer a light blanket or sheet as an alternative, allowing guests to choose according to their preference. - Minibar was extremely expensive

Одно из самых запоминающихся мест на Бали. Очень порадовал ресторан, доступный в любое время с утра до позднего вечера. Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Еду и напитки могут принести как в номер, так и к бассейну, что делает отдых максимально комфортным. Девушка-администратор одолжила свой байк, когда у нас возникла необходимость. Официанты очень приветливы. Мы с удовольствием делились с ними эмоциями нашего первого пребывания на Бали. Нам всегда были готовы помочь, и рассказать всё по любой теме, в том числе касающейся жизни и быта на Бали. Окружение отеля тоже очень понравилось. Вечером можно спокойно прогуляться пешком по окрестностям, здесь нет шумных байков. Не хотелось уезжать из отеля, обязательно вернёмся при следующем посещении Бали.
