My stay there was perfect, clean and fresh apartment. very well recommended, I'd definitely come back.

The miscommunication about the keys, the video that they sent to me explaining how to get in the apartment was to get in to the main door, but the key didn't match to the door, after my call they explained to me that the keys in the box was to get in by the car park door instead. They've could send a message explaining it before my arrival to save our time.

"Good location and amenities, but access procedures need improvement"

The location is very close to the city center, the building is quite modern, and the apartment is well-equipped and nicely maintained.

I'm not sure if it was just bad luck on our part, but even though we paid extra for parking (€10), we ended up waiting over an hour to access both the parking and the apartment due to a malfunctioning key box system. After many hours of driving, instead of getting some much-needed rest, we had to spend a significant amount of time outside the property waiting for the issue to be resolved...:((
