"Great stay!"

The place is perfectly located near major establishments and malls. It is quiet, secure and easy to locate. The hosts are easy to speak to.

The place is clean considering it was occupied the night before our stay. I just wish they changed all the sheets and comforter to really fresh ones as those provided did not feel fresh.

"Superb"

The place was spotless. The bedroom has a great view! It was close to everything. 7-11 and Uncle Johns are less than 50 meters on either side. I will rent it out again when I go back to BGC.

We could not adjust the settings in the room air conditioner. The remote seems to be working fine and has power in the batteries, but the settings just would not change.

"Nice place with a fantastic view for a short stay in Manila"

The place is very well located in BGC, not far from the airport, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The view from the window is fabulous, in particular at night. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

The flat has seen better days, in particular the bathroom. I couldn't get hot water in the shower.

Everything was okay. For the money you put into the stay, it'll do for an overnight trip. I've definitely encountered worse rooms around BGC for the same price-point. Beds and blankets were very clean; felt freshly replaced which is great since I've been to a fair amount of properties around BGC that had bedbugs or the linens gave an itchy feeling. Standard toilet commodities were provided which is always appreciated and bathroom slippers were also provided which is a first for me. Views from the bedroom can't be beat and the owner was particularly responsive and nice.

Toilet bowl was a bit cramped since it was really close to the shower, but that's common with all Avant rooms I've been in. (Really not an issue) Other than that, there weren't any bad things you can say about the room. For a solo trip, it does what you need to do.
