The location

Having to wait without keys for 3 hours Getting chased out at 11 Cockroaches No hot water Said pool view and was not Then asked to pay another 26 end as they made a mistake

The apartment was not the one presented in the photos! It is very old and dirty! No air conditioner, no coffee machine. Rusted shower, broken sink faucet which dripped the entire time. Although the reservation was made for 2 adult& 1 child, they did not bother to supply enough pillows - there was a torn pillow in the closed that we had to use eventualy (see photo). The couch in the livingroom was very filthy, with stains. There were 2 aligned single beds in the bedroom, the mattresses kept slipping when turning on the other side...Again, the apartment was not the one in the presentation, not the one that I paid for.

The breakfast location was on the terrace…which the most important whilst staying in Tenerife

The property was in a great location.

the host was over 2 hours late to let us into the property upon arrival despite following all instructions. I could not get hold of the host on the number provided.

Nothing

Bad, smell bad, sperm on sofa, not same apartment like picture on booking, no speaking english only russia bad communication beetwen us, no internet first days.

Great location...close to the beach,shops, restaurants,bus stops etc Well equipped

You need a key to get in and out of the gate.As you only get one key,it is complicated if you don't all go out together

Great location , secure building , great apartment , friendly staff , the location was perfect for my stay , nice and quiet ,with great facilities and supermarket very close , would stay again in an instant , great value for money ,bus station just down the road, very happy customer.. 10/10

The TV needs sorting ,I carry a fire stick with me ,so had no problems .
