"Perfect to relax and rest"

Wonderful hotel specially designed to rest and relax. Loved the services and the breakfast was wonderful. Also, the room was very big and comfortable.

It's a bit out of the way from the train station and the design of the room was a bit old fashioned for my taste.

Enjoyed the onsite facilities - nice lounge area, drinks to offer, meals were good, spacious rooms and great onsen! The massage I got was super as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay and thank you to the staff!

It would be great service if the hotel offered a free shuttle service. Location is not very central and as I was travelling on my own, I had to rely on local buses. Also the weather wasn’t great so I ended up walking in the rain! I stayed at another accommodation for a similar price which offered this. Overall I enjoyed my stay and thank you to the staff!

"Extraordinary experience"

We had one out of the four private outdoor onsen rooms. The onsen was running continuously and could be enjoyed at any time of the day. Food was fine, typical of what you’d expect out of a onsen hotel.

Not exactly a hotel specific point - the area is somewhat regional and there’s not much in close vicinity of the hotel.

Absolutely love this modern , excellent service , lots of relaxing sport / area for guest to chill and relax… love all the common area which great for group to hang out … breakfast is great
