Apartamento com forte cheiro de fumo. Não tinha suporte para o duche da casa de banho. A porta do poliban nao abria normalmente, o que dificultou bastante (uma pessoa acima do peso nao consegue entrar).Tinha uma garrafa de agua e uma garrafa de vinho branco mas apenas 3 cafes para 2 adultos utilizarem em 4 dias. Não tinha Wi-Fi (a rede e inexistente). A limpeza deixou a desejar pois os espelhos e o chão estavam sujos e nao havia sequer um detergente para lavarmos a louça. A cama e composta por dois colchões de solteiros que nao estavam fixados um ao outro e abriam a todo tempo.

Ήταν καθαρό με άνετους χωρους κοντά στο κέντρο και πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη.

Ο καναπές του σαλονιού θέλει αντικατάσταση κάθεσε πάνω σε ξύλα, είναι παλιός και απο την χρήση έχει χάσει την άνεση . Στο υπνοδωμάτιο το διπλό κρεβάτι επίσης θέλει αλλαγή το στρώμα , στο κέντρο έχει λακκούβα και δεν έχει την διάσταση του διπλού πρέπει να είναι 140 το πολύ 1,50 φάρδος. Για να γίνει αναπαυτικό και άνετο θα πρέπει να αλλαχτεί σε 1,60 χ2,00 κανονικό διπλό και για να γίνει αυτό θα πρέπει να ακυρωθούν τα πλαϊνά κομοδίνα ή να γίνουν πιο στενά. Σημασία έχει ο ύπνος και όχι η τοποθέτηση αντικειμένων στο κομοδίνο. Πιστεύω όμως μπορούν να γίνουν και τα 2 και το αποτέλεσμα να είναι εντυπωσιακό.

La ubicación excepcional. Muy limpio y cómodo. Además nos dejaron como detalle de bienvenida una botella de vino.

No nos gustó demasiado que siendo 3 personas en el apartamento, solo hubiese 2 sillas.... El sofá lo teníamos convertido en cama para nuestro hijo y para comer o cenar fue incómodo.

cet appartement correspondait à mes attentes alors que 2fois j'ai été déçu par les locations vis à booking.com une fois à Lisbonne et une fois à Porto (appartements sales).

This is a money-making apartment to profit at the cost of bad service, lack of maintenance and absent client-oriented service. We reserved for 3 people and upon arrival there was only one bed for a couple. After 6 unanswered calls to the property, they suggest I look for the bed linens and make the bed myself. There were no linens, pillows etc and someone came to bring it and make the bed. Apartment lacks maintenance and is full of stains in the walls, bathroom, mold and sewage smell in the bathroom (had to cover holes from where strong smell was coming from). Shower floods the entire bathroom (clogged drains). We feel being in the cheapest-ikea showroom, most still with the store stickers, worn out plastic plants, etc. Extremely expensive for what it is, and no consideration for comfort of guests.
