AUStaff were very friendly. The bungalows are new and extremely nice and comfortable. We had Aito (the 2-storey bungalow) with a king bed, balcony and aircon on each floor. The location is great, it’s a bit out of the way and I’d recommend having a car rental to get down the road (dirt but nothing a normal car can’t handle) and it has a great reef/lagoon to snorkel in where we saw sharks, fish and eels. The breakfast (croissants, fruit and jam) was complimentary and very nice. The pools in the other bungalows looked great and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying and will be back there when we come back to Moorea.
The laundry cost is borderline extortion (5000 CFP/$50 USD) for a small bag which would hold about 1 pants and a shirt. To wash a few clothes they wanted to charge $200 USD. This price is honestly extreme for essentially a normal use of the washing machine and exceeds the price of any dry clean service. The bungalow staff are only there certain hours and it is generally only 1 staff member (1 in the morning for breakfast who leaves around 11am and then 1 who does the cleaning and check in). It would be good if they offered the main area check in/dining as a communal space and provided access to some snacks/drinks. It would also be good if they offered a lunch or dinner service.

Access is quite rough with bumpy road. Need definitely a means of transport. Breakfast is ok but nothing outstanding. Same every morning. Can be improved.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. Just a Pierce oh baguette, a mini croissant and a mini pain aux chocolat - all very dry as if it was from the day before. Only a very small portion of butter and marmalade. The coffee was instant one - also not very tasty. I would expect a better breakfast given a price of almost 300€ per night. We were there for 3 nights, the room was only cleaned on our request after the second night. Once a day would have been appreciated.
