Apartamento con vistas a la Giralda.

L’alloggio è comodo, ben organizzato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari: piastra a induzione, forno tradizionale e a microonde, lavatrice, stendino, phon, ferro da stiro e TV; perfettamente vivibile per 4 persone. La posizione è davvero strategica, nel cuore del centro storico: bastava uscire di casa per raggiungere a piedi i principali monumenti e le attrazioni della città.

Purtroppo l’esperienza nell’appartamento non è stata positiva. L'ambiente era pervaso da un odore molto sgradevole, simile a quello di fogna, apparentemente proveniente dall’impianto di riscaldamento. Nonostante abbiamo tenuto le finestre aperte per la maggior parte del soggiorno — nonostante il freddo — e lasciato il riscaldamento spento, l’odore non è mai scomparso. Va inoltre segnalato che l’alloggio si trova al secondo piano di un edificio privo di ascensore, dettaglio da considerare per chi ha difficoltà motorie o molti bagagli.

Great location, apartment had all we needed, pretty quiet considering how central it is. Nice view of the cathedral at night.

Uncomfortable sofa. Smart TV would be nice

Excellent location, near a buzzing plaza with orange trees that emanate a very pleasant scent as you open the windows. The dishwasher was a big plus for a big group like us ( we were 5); it was especially beneficial for my friend's daughter who's got allergies, and any minor contact with certain foods could trigger an anaphylactic shock. The double bed in one of the bedrooms is actually from kingsize to superkingsize, so don't worry about comfort during sleep. We found the flat very clean, with towels provided for each one of us (one bath towel and one face towel), and clean bedding. The block of flats in which it's located is quiet, as neighbours are quite discreet. The landlord has been promptly receptive to all my messages, and was very helpful and cooperative.

Heaters would have helped a lot, as we'd come across a very cold and rainy Semana Santa. As the flat is in a transited area, you should expect a fair amount of noise during late evening, but this is Spanish lifestyle in the end, and we don't like boredom anyway. So all fine.

Location was perfect for all the tourist sites - especiallythe cathedraland tge Palace. Apartment was clean, comfortable and ideal for our stay. The owner made it very easy to organise keys and gave full instructions before arrival.

.... but outside it was very noisy until late in the evening, and early in the morning

The location was superb, both in terms of apartment and site. Very cosy place within walking distance from everywhere and just around the corner to the Alcazar. Very quite, despite being above a little lovely square with a fountain and two restaurants; orange trees all over!! Wonderful, again.

Nothing really, if I have to say something, two little bedside lamps in the two single bed room would be useful.
