The place was nice. Very clean and organized. Loved the view!!

I was having problems with finding the parking lot. When I tried calling the number for help, they couldn’t help me either so that was a bummer.

Writing after a couple weekend and the experience was disappointing from start to finish, with numerous issues that other travelers should be aware of. First, the booking process was stressful. Before my arrival, the host insisted I complete the check-in process online, which included providing photos of both my credit card and ID. This request felt excessive and raised concerns about privacy and security. In addition, the host demanded an additional 17% VAT payment, even though, as an Israeli citizen, I should have been exempt. This request for extra payment was not disclosed during the booking process, and it felt like an unfair and unexpected charge. When I finally arrived at the property, things did not improve. Despite the listing stating that parking was included, the host claimed it wasn’t and I had park on my expense, that amounted to nearly half the cost of my stay. This hidden expense was extremely frustrating and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a relaxing trip. Inside the apartment, the amenities were very basic. There was only one set of towels provided for the entire weekend, and just one roll of toilet paper—completely inadequate for a multi-day stay. To make matters worse, the host was unresponsive to my questions throughout the stay, making it difficult to resolve any issues. On top of everything, upon arrival, the host informed me that if I used the air conditioning "more than the usual electrical consumption," I would be charged extra. This was not mentioned upfront and added to my overall dissatisfaction with the experience. In summary, the lack of transparency, hidden fees, and poor communication from the host made this a very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking this property, as the listing is deceptive and the host is uncooperative.

The Location was excellent

The host Jacob was terrible. We selected this apartment partially because the web site indicated that parking was included. In fact, I know someone who rented in the building thru Booking.com, and car parking was included. however, Jacob kept avoiding my question regarding parking details, and then the day before our trip he e-mailed that Parking was not included; the website was not accurate! I called him directly from NY and after much argueing, he said he'd get us a space. - the details of which he did not let me know until I was literally boarding my flight to Israel - "It's parking space #45". When we got to Israel - Parking space #45 was occupied. and he did not take my phone call to discuss what to do. Additionally - he e-mailed the code to enter the building as well as the code to enter the appartment - BOTH OF WHICH WERE WRONG CODES!! and he did not take my phone call to discuss what to do!!! Finally, the concierge was able to contact Jacob and get these 3 items resolved. Jacob did not e-mail me instructions on how to operate the air conditioning until 6 hours AFTER I arrived. Throughout the stay, I e-mailed him multiple times that the smoke alarm/ carbon monoxide detector had been removed from the apartment - he said he'd have the maintainance staff check this - we were thse for 2 weeks, no detector was installed. He did say that if I wanted, I could buy my own detector!

location was good. apartment was mostly fine and new.

the WIFI device had to be replaced the next day because it was not working. The shower didn't work in the 2nd bathroom.
