Het is een echt Toscaans huis met erg veel ruimte en een hele mooie tuin. Het zijn eigenlijk 2 huizen die aan elkaar zijn gebouwd. Het grote huis is zeer ruim en heeft airco in 2 slaapkamers. De keuken is volledig ingericht en heeft alle benodigdheden. Het bijgebouwde huis is minimalistisch ingericht en hebben we alleen gebruikt voor de 2 slaapkamers die het heeft. Deze slaapkamers hebben geen airco, wel 1 ventilator. Alle ramen zijn voorzien van horren. De tuin is erg ruim met verschillende zitjes en er zijn voldoende schaduwplekken. Er is een hot tub, maar geen zwembad. Er zijn 2 parkeerplaatsen voor de gasten op eigen terrein. Verschillende supermarkten binnen een paar minuten rijden.

In de tuin waren erg veel muggen. Met muggenspray en andere middeltjes wat het enigszins te verhelpen, maar af en toe was het onmogelijk om rustig in de tuin te genieten. De doorgaande weg zorgt voor enig lawaai, zeker 's ochtends vroeg als je de slaapkamerramen open hebt staan. Er is niet echt een leuk dorpje op loopafstand.

An old house with mostly old Tuscany fashion but nice looking furniture which is making yourself feels like back in time. Actually there are two fully attached houses with separate entrances. The second house obviously was built much later (probably somewhere in late 90`s or beginning of the 2000`s). It is much poorly furnished with honestly said cheap furniture but still cosy. The garden is full of Agave plants which is really nice. Of course all these comes with mosquitos and other insects, but it`s a part of the house charm. Parking is really private and spacious. Have in mind, that there could be only 2 cars (for Guests) parked, as the other parking spots are being used by the people living next door. The houses are very close to supermarket and many restaurants.

I was thinking a lot whether to write a review at all, but considering that people are going there for vacation, they deserve to know some moments. It`s a bit complicated. The host is a young and ambitious man called Nicola. The house is being serviced by a Lady and a Gentleman living next door dividing the property from their house with a small cast iron portico. You are seeing them and feeling their presence all the time so you are not feeling full privacy if you are looking for it. In the second house there is NO air conditioners - no at all. (Of course there was no 20 days ago when we were thee.) We were 2 families there with 5 children, when the children were suppose to sleep in the second house, and they could do it only one night as it was really hot. I am putting an accent on this as the host regardless of this that was super friendly and helpful, does not showing this in the Booking .com , but exactly the opposite - saying the property is air conditioned. No such a thing as outdoor pool! It doesn`t exist at all. There is only Jacuzzi which is small - consider only 2 adults can fit in or 3 small children. There is an old Gentleman who is informing you at arrival that the Jacuzzi is filtering water from 10am to 8pm. We never saw where the 5th bedroom is and we saw only 3 bedrooms with queen size beds. The cutlery in the kitchen is old, the tableware is from different sets, knifes are dull, and there is glasses from different sets as well. For house in Tuscany for 10 people , there were only 2 or 3 wine glasses, so we`ve had to ask for more and they brought to us another 3 or 4 glasses from different sets again. The house hot water is powered by gas heater, which is not really working well , but .... Anyway, you can have a hot water shower, however you don`t know whether it is going to work or not. The role for this negative part is not to discourage the future guests, but to make the host and owners to pay attention on our opinion as Guest and change
